Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your Arduino projects and orders.
What is the difference between an original Arduino board and a clone?
Original Arduino boards are manufactured with high-quality components, undergo rigorous testing, and directly support the open-source ecosystem and software development. Clones are third-party boards that may use cheaper components and lack official technical support.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected courier service at checkout.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that components that have been soldered or modified cannot be returned due to safety and quality standards.
Are Arduino boards covered by a warranty?
All official Arduino hardware is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by improper wiring, overvoltage, or physical misuse.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For educational institutions and bulk orders, we also support bank transfers.
Where can I find drivers and software for my board?
You can download the latest version of the Arduino IDE (Integrated Development Environment) and all necessary drivers directly from our official software documentation page.
